Harris Klonizakis |
Harris is a certified Touch For Health instructor, a physiotherapy assistant, a holistic massage therapist and educator, a Touch for Health mentor and an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master.
He has extensive experience in meditation and healing therapies. He has been trained in Thai Yoga Massage in Greece and Thailand, Ayurvedic massage and treatments in Greece and India, Singing bowls sound therapy, Reflexology, Spineworks, Touch for Health (certified TFH Synthesis and Metaphors Practitioner and Instructor) and 3in1 Concepts Kinesiology. He combines his background in holistic massage therapy with energy work into his healing sessions. Having been trained in taijiquan since 1999, he teaches taiji and qigong on and off since 2006. He sees himself as an eternal student and a truth-seeker. Fascinated with Eastern philosophy, he believes life is a learning experience. Knowing thyself and awareness development have no end. He loves music and explores its healing qualities, plays drums and percussion and enjoys being in nature. |
Sofia Papadimou |
Sofia is a yoga teacher and worked professionally as a bodyworker for more than 20 years.
She studied Business Administration (Athens University of Economics and Business), followed by postgraduate studies in Psychoanalysis in Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust - University of East London. She holds diplomas in Biodynamic massage (Cambridge school of Body Psychotherapy), Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage (Hawaiian Massage UK), Reflexology (member of the Hellenic Association of Reflexologists, Association of Reflexologists UK accredited) and certifications in Natural face-lift massage (Rejuvance) and traditional Thai yoga massage, among others. She has studied Touch for Health Synthesis & Metaphors and 3in1 Concepts Kinesiology, Pendulum dowsing healing energy work and holds the 3rd degree in Usui Reiki. She uses whatever is appropriate in her therapy sessions, so as to help her clients release stress, reinvent themselves and achieve their goals. Sofia has practiced yoga and meditation since 1992 and started teaching yoga in 2006. Sha has been trained to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary and Intermediate series by Kristina Karitinou and Manju Pattabhi Jois. She is also a certified Yoga Alliance Hatha yoga teacher (RYT 200). Since 2012 she has followed numerous workshops with Iyengar yoga senior instructror Marios Argiros. Additionally, she has studied in Pune at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute. She also explores the Feldenkrais Method since 2017. |
